Registration for HTPD 2012

Registration Fee
The registration fee is € 900 and covers all conference materials, coffee breaks, the Welcome Reception and lunch and Closing Dinner on Wednesday June 6th. Students can register at € 720. The number of participants is limited to 130.
After May 3, 2012, the registration fee increases to € 1100.

Accompanying guest fee of €80 includes Welcome Reception and Closing Dinner.

Accommodation
Rooms have been prebooked in different hotels at various price categories. One night deposit is required to secure your reservation. Remaining cost should be paid to the hotel when you depart. Note what is included in the room rate.

Avignon attracts a lot of tourists in summer, so we advise to book yours room early.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend the meeting you have two options:
1. We are happy to welcome a substitute colleague, if we are informed before May 3, 2012.
2. If you have to cancel, we will refund the registration fee less an administration cost. Contact the hotel directly to cancel your room and to receive refund of your deposit.

Using credit card
VISA, MasterCard/EuroCard and American Express are accepted as payment. Please supply the relevant information by registering online or on a printed registration form. The form can be downloaded here and then faxed to the Secretariat (+46 702 733643). Credit card payments will be debited in Euro (€).

EU participants
VAT number must be supplied to be able to exclude VAT on the registration fee.

Swedish participants
For Swedish participants, VAT will be added to the registration fee.
